Traineeships prepare young people for their future careers by helping them to become ‘work ready’.
Traineeships are short-term educational and training programmes with work experience that focus on giving a young person the skills and experience that employers are looking for.
Often an employer is reluctant to employ someone without experience which is why this 12 or 18 week programme is ideal at providing a young person with the opportunity to gain qualifications and some experience within the workplace setting.
At the core of the Traineeship is the opportunity to gain high quality work experience, as well as vital English & Maths qualifications for those that need it.
Students benefit from professional/semi-professional club/organisation placements and mentoring, a bespoke learning platform, and guidance and support from VLUK’s team of management, assessors and delivery staff.
