Above & Beyond

Two learners within the second year cohort have good attendance, however, on top of this, these two learners always go above and beyond. Twice a week in the evenings, both Emmanuel Ibadin and Max Lill coach under 10’s who are a team of Basford. Since these two learners have been coaching, they always receive excellent feedback from other coaches as well as parents. This is a fantastic opportunity to recognise these two learners as it shows that their passion for their future is to enhance their sporting environments. They both hope to complete their coaching license to and they both that they would love to be doing a coaching job like their Academy coach, progressing young individuals to hopefully help them get into either semi-professional football or even higher. Basford tutor, Sian, said 'These two learners have a great mindset and we're looking forward to seeing what the future holds for them'.
