Well done to our Forest Sports Education (FSE) BTEC sports learner, Leah, who has recently been coaching with Ellwood Youth FC. Our tutor at FSE was sent outstanding feedback on Leah and how amazing she has been with the youth teams.

John Bevan, Ellwood's Youth FC coach said "Leah came to coach with Ellwood Youth FC starting with the under 5s and on occasion our under 6s and 7s too. What I can say is Leah is very reliable and really engages with the children she has coached. It can be challenging at times, whether you have some children simply not listening, or a child who needs extra support, but Leah takes it all in her stride and in fact she is really good with one of the boys who has an autism diagnosis.

I have witnessed Leah run a great training session from start to finish with a fun warm up drill suitable for the children's ages, then a fun training drill and then an exciting match at the end, and she has also refereed some matches also."

VLUK and FSE are extremely proud of this fantastic feedback and wish Leah all the best in her future coaching career.
