Virtual Learning UK (VLUK) is delighted to announce that it has once again achieved matrix Standard re-accreditation, reaffirming the organisation's commitment to delivering high-quality information, advice and guidance (IAG) services to learners across its nationwide network.

The successful re-accreditation recognises VLUK's continued dedication to supporting learners throughout every stage of their educational journey, ensuring they receive impartial guidance, personalised support and the information they need to make informed decisions about their future.

The matrix Standard is the internationally recognised quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice and guidance services. Re-accreditation confirms that VLUK continues to meet the rigorous standards required, placing learners at the heart of its provision and ensuring the highest quality support is available across all campuses.

Roger Chapman, Head of the matrix Service for The Growth Company, said:

"This is a fantastic achievement for Virtual Learning UK, and I would like to congratulate the team on their continued success. We believe that at the heart of high-quality advice and support services are strong leadership, excellent service and a focus on continuous improvement, all underpinned by effective use of the resources available. The matrix Standard is designed to benchmark organisations against best practice in these areas. With this re-accreditation, Virtual Learning UK continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing the very best support to its learners."

Commenting on the achievement, Dominic Anderson, Director of Performance, Standards & Curriculum, said:

"We are incredibly proud to have successfully retained our matrix Standard accreditation. Re-accreditation is a reflection of the dedication and professionalism of our staff and partner campuses, who work tirelessly to ensure every learner receives the highest quality information, advice and guidance. As VLUK continues to grow and expand its curriculum offer, this recognition reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement and to delivering an outstanding learner experience for everyone we support."
