The college specialises in delivering sport-focused courses, including the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development. This Level 3 BTEC Diploma is equivalent to achieving three A-levels upon completion of the two-year program.

BTEC National Level 3 qualifications are designed to provide highly specialised, work-related learning across various vocational sectors. They equip learners with the knowledge, understanding, and skills needed to prepare for employment or progression to higher education and degree programs.

Gloucester Sports Education (GSE) is part of the Virtual Learning UK (VLUK) partnership, a leading education provider with multiple sites nationwide. VLUK has been collaborating with professional sports clubs and institutions since 2006, establishing a strong reputation in sports education.

All learners at GSE have access to VLUK’s cutting-edge Sports Brain learning platform.
