EPA is situated in the heart of the East Midlands and was established in 1989 by Principal Maxine Glasby. From the moment learners enter, they are welcomed into a warm, friendly, and supportive family environment where they feel valued and respected.

EPA is dedicated to developing individuals not only as performers but also as confident young adults, helping them reach their full potential while promoting British values. Learners are given the opportunity to train regardless of financial circumstances, reflecting EPA’s strong commitment to equality and inclusion. With first-class facilities and highly qualified specialist faculty, learners receive exceptional professional training. EPA understands the challenges young people may face during full-time training and some who are living away from home. Comprehensive support is provided through pastoral care staff and an on-site chaperone, offering guidance every step of the way.

Academic support is available throughout the course, with additional assistance offered whenever needed. EPA maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, and places the highest priority on safeguarding, equality, and diversity.
