Wormley Sports Academy is a full-time Sport and Education programme for 16–19-year-olds, committed to developing the next generation of athletes, coaches, creatives, and professionals across the wider sports industry.

In partnership with VLUK, our campus offers a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where students receive expert coaching, academic support, and real-world experience in sport, fitness, and media. Whether your passion lies in performance, coaching, health and fitness, or the business of sport, Wormley Sports Academy provides the tools and pathways to help you succeed.

Learners benefit from access to professional-standard training facilities, tailored strength and conditioning sessions, and participation in competitive fixtures and sporting events. Alongside this, students work towards industry-recognised qualifications that open doors to university, apprenticeships, or direct employment in fields such as sports coaching, personal training, performance analysis, and sport development.

The programme also embraces the creative side of sport, offering opportunities in sports media and digital content creation — including photography, videography, social media, and branding. Learners help document and promote academy activity, gaining valuable creative and marketing experience that’s in high demand across modern sports organisations.
